India scored 247 runs which was ultimate, with the loss of 9 wickets.
When we talk about the young batsman Abhishek Sharma’s batting, all expecting that score will go beyond 300. He might have created a new world record. He shaked whole England in the beginning of powerplay. He scored a total of 135 runs for just 54 balls with a strike rate of 250. It includes 13 sixes and 7 fours. He created a record of the second fastest century among Indians in T20 internationals.
Rohit Sharma is in the record of hitting the fastest 100 in just 35 balls. Abhishek Sharma tried well and got his century at 37 balls. Only two balls ahead. Or else he would have created a history. Still Rohit’s century stood at the first.
Only Abhishek Sharma was recognized as batter, other batters went not recognised. Hitting 137 is not an easy task. He gave a single handed performance. In the powerplay India has scored 90 + runs ,almost crossing 100. Abhishek Sharma himself has scored 58 runs in the powerplay.
In the first over Sanju Samson has scored better with 200+ strike rate and in the second over he gave his wicket for 16 runs. He got the same pattern of dismissals in the previous matches. 5 out of 5 dismissals are in the same pattern.
Tilak Varma , the next batter who scored only 24, gave a partnership of 100+ runs with Abhishek Sharma. Abhishek Sharma was consistently scoring runs. S Dube also played aggressively. He scored 30 runs in just 13 balls with a strike rate of 230+.
There were higher chances of hitting 300+ score but after powerplay , England became successful in bringing down wickets.
When it comes to the bowling of England, B Carse is only the player who took 3 wickets with economic spells too. M Wood who played 5th T20 has taken 2 wickets. Jofra Archer, Liam Livingstone, J overton took 1 wicket each. All the bowlers of England became expensive to the aggressive batting of India.
India gave a target of 248 runs to chase in 20 overs Here’s the scorecard.

England was unable to chase down a huge target of 248 and got all out at just 97 runs. When target is about 200 ,the opponent usually in pressure. Then 240+ score obviously keeps England under pressure. With the intention of chasing a huge target, players got dismissed at an early score.
Phil Salt is the only player who scored 55 runs for 23 balls with the strike rate of 239.13 He himself score more than the half of England’s overall score. No other player in England has scored well and got out for single digits.
