The team which is opting for batting first, can be expected to score 200+ runs. Since the beginning of the series, none of the innings got 200+ runs. 181 scored by India in the previous match was the highest. All expecting 5th T20 to be a crunch and high scoring game. If India opts for batting first, there are high chances that India can collect 200+ runs. If a team scores 200+ runs which opts for batting first, then it will be a little difficult to chase down.
A total of 8 international T20 matches have been played in Wankhede stadium. 3 matches won by the team who opted for batting first and 5 matches won by the team who opted for bowling first. So it’s better to play bowling first as the previous reports. The team which wins the toss will look for bowling first.
When we see the stats of the venue, England can win if they play aggression and without having any type of fear. It’s nothing to lose for both the teams , there are high chances that both the teams play with aggression. Undoubtedly it’s a test to check the team’s ability.
When it comes to India’s playing 11, one can expect changes in the team. Mohammed Shami played only one match in the series. It’s better to replace any of the players i.e Axar Patel, Ravi Bishnoi, Varun Chakravarthy. Mohammed Shami who has been selected for the Champions trophy has to go for testing his ability to play in Champions trophy 2025. The 5th T20 is death driven, as there is no impact on the series results, it’s better to give a chance to Mohammad Shami.
We expect D Jurel to play in the 5th T20. Suryakumar Yadav cannot be replaced as he is the captain of the team. Sanju Samson who is not performing well or T Varma, are the most probable ones to be replaced by D Jurel. D Jurel has played only two matches. He came in death overs and did not get batting much.
Rinku Singh and Shivam Dube played well in the 4th T20. Shivam Dube scored an aggressive 50. There are high chances that Shivam Dube will be replaced by D Jurel. As Shivam Dube got injured in the previous match, it is better if he is giving a way to D Jurel. Rinku Singh will be playing as he did not get much chance in the series.
Harshith Rana who made an impact in the previous match should play this match too. As the series is already sealed down, it’s better to give one more chance to Harshith Rana. Shami and Harshit Rana combination will be great to see on the ground
None of the changes in playing 11 can be expected from England. What courage to England?. Still they have hope on players that they can fight against India. The playing 11 will be the same as the previous match. .
In the previous matches, India dominated in all the order, whatever batting or bowling. England did not give a much tougher fight to India. Only the 3rd T20 was won by England. There are high chances that India might win if we see in all the angles if there are no efforts from the England side.

Recently in the interview Joss Buttler gave a statement on India’s concussion substitute. It created a big controversy. The Indian team cheated England in the 4th T20? Or Match referee cheated England? What rules say?
Harshith Rana entered 4th T20 against England through a concussion substitute.
Shivam Dube who got injured after hitting a ball to his helmet. The Indian team approached the match referee. The referee is none other than J Srinath, an Indian. India requested Harshith Rana as a concussion substitute. The match referee gave a green signal to India.
According to ICC rules, concussion substitute can be done for all the injured players. Concussion substitute is used only when a player cannot be playable next to a head injury. Now it’s like a total of 12 players have played for India. Shivam Dube contributed in batting and Harshith Rana contributed in bowling. It was totaly bringing down impact player.
India intentionally selected an impactful player Harshith Rana to show his impact in bowling. Rather India could have taken normal player who could do a fielding. There is no like to like replacement between Harshit Rana and Shivam Dube. Itsl

‘ it’s not a like for like replacement. We don’t agree with it. Either Shivam Dube put on 25 miles as hour with the ball or Harshit really improved his batting. It is part of the game we should have gone to win the match. But we disagree with the decision’
It’s totally like playing 12 players for a team. If both players would have impact on different lines then it would be acceptable. It is one of the reasons for England’s loss, as it was not like to like replacement. And Joss Buttler did not even informed about concussion substitute.
According to this, the match referee has failed, it’s totally unfair to England. Atleast Ramandeep Singh was the ideal one to replace Shivam Dube.
