England’s batting was remarkable in the 3rd T20. England scored a total of 171 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. B Ducket who was not in the form in the previous two matches gave an extraordinary performance in the 3rd T20. He scored a massive half century with just 28 balls with a strike rate of 182. It is a score which raised England’s score to 171. Liam Livingstone has scored 43 for 24 balls with a strike rate of 179.17. Although he may not have scored a half century ,it was a crucial score to increase the overall score to an extent where casing can be broken down. Coming to the Indian bowling only Varun Chakravarthy bowled 5 wickets with his economic bowling for 4 overs. He is the only Indian bowler who did a massive attack on England batters with his economic spell.
When it comes to Indian batting, it was not surprising to chase a target of 172. But, India failed to chase down 172. With the loss of 9 wickets India scored only 145 runs. Since it was an easy chase down for India, no player looked strong enough. Initially after the first innings everyone thought that it was less than an average inning score of about 190. This led India over confidence. Finally India lost the match by 26 runs.

None of the Indians was looking effective against England .The grounds atmosphere , pitch everything supported England. England made a massive attack on India. J Overton has taken 3 wickets who became crucial in bringing down India. Jofra Archer and B carse have taken two wickets each. M wood and A Rashid have taken a wicket each. The overall game is equally contributed by England’s team for the winning against India.
England proved that all the matches won’t be the same all the time. Since the pattern of 3rd T20 was the same as 1st and 2nd T20. India won the toss and chose to bowl first. Suryakumar Yadav, the captain of India rushed forward for the same result as 1st and 2nd T20. But, the same thing remained as imagination. The ground reports itself says if a team chooses a batting first and gives a little huge target then it will be a little difficult to chase down. The match was not completely batting paradise. The bounce was not generated as much, the wicket was slow and low. The spin and pace of England completely dominated over India. Batters struggled a lot in both the teams.
