Update number 1 : Terror attack on the champions trophy.
The Champions trophy 2025 is hosted by Pakistan. All the matches excluding Indian matches are playing in Pakistan There is a terror threat to the Pakistan stadiums.
The Pakistan government received a threat of information from the terrorists. According to information the foreign players who came to Pakistan for the champions trophy will be kidnapped by the terrorists. This scary information made Pakistan’s armed forces go strict into the stadiums.
Pakistan is itself a terror country. They are themselves big frauds. This terror country received a threat of information from terrorists!. It doesn’t make sense. Pakistan’s government itself is a big terrorist. How come other terrorists give a threat to Pakistan?. Whatever India has done a good job of playing all the matches in Dubai.
Update number 2; India getting home advantage in champions trophy!?
Many rumours are spreading that India got an advantage of having Dubai international stadium as home ground. The champions trophy is hosted by Pakistan. Pakistan is out of the tournament and India has a lot of positivity. India is playing in only one neutral venue and that venue got adjusted a lot.
India has won 2 out of 2 matches. Because the ground was adjusted to India. It wont be adjusted very soon for other teams. All the matches will be played in Pakistan and when it comes against India, they have to play in Dubai. This stadium won’t be adjustable suddenly for the new players in other teams.
There is a psychological advantage to India. Hence India has won two matches. Because they are playing all the matches in Dubai.
As a conclusion, if India has lost both the matches, people will be talking differently. People always say something, whatever India wins or loses.
Update number 3: Venkatesh Iyer speaks about leading KKR.
Venkatesh Iyer gave a statement about being the captaincy of KKR. When a question was about leading KKR as a captain, Venkatesh Iyer answered as follows,
” Definitely, Definitely, I’m ready.
Again I have already said this ; captaincy is just a tag. I believe in leadership.That is a bigger role to play being a leader”
The first match in IPL is RCB vs KKR, we already assumed that it would be Rajat Patidar vs Venkatesh Iyer. RCB has officially announced the captain but KKR is yet to be announced. We expect that it will be Venkatesh Iyer.
According to Venkatesh Iyer, he is ready to lead KKR as a captain. He has already said that it will be a bigger role to play as captain for KKR. If KKR management gives him the captaincy, he is 100% sure that he is able to lead the team.
Venkatesh Iyer is a highly deserved player to have captaincy. In the IPL mega auction 2025, he was sold to KKR for 24+ crores. There are high chances that Venkatesh Iyer will become captain of KKR.
Update number 4 : If Pakistan appealed in India vs Pakistan, then Virat Kohli was out!
In India vs Pakistan match, king Virat Kohli obstructs a ball with his hand. After hitting a ball Virat Kohli takes a single and obstructs a ball which was thrown by a Pakistani player. They could have run one more run if Kohli did not obstruct a ball. No player was behind, India could have easily scored a run.
Regarding this Sunil Gavaskar gave a statement that if Pakistan appealed then they could have made Virat Kohli out. But Pakistan did not appeal. It was a big illegal activity in cricket. A batter is not allowed to obstruct a ball, it is like disturbing the field. If the appeal is done then it will be out. If the appeal is not done, then it will not be out. Virat Kohli was lucky that Pakistan did not appeal.
“ He (Virat Kohli) stopped the ball with his hand. If the Pakistanis appealed – they didn’t – it could be obstructing the field”
Virat Kohli was taking a match in a good flow. If out was given, then the match would have turned in any direction. Basically Sunil Gavaskar says that Virat Kohli should not obstruct the ball.
As a conclusion, sometimes human reflex works as such. We will be knowing that it will be out if we obstruct the ball as such. But reflex works unknowingly. Virat Kohli did the same. We have not seen Virat Kohli touching the ball while batting. If it was a crucial match and opponent appeal, it could definitely be out.
Update number 5 : BCCI bloks CSK’s Chepauk training ahead of IPL 2025.
CSK has started their practise for IPL 2025. The question is that, are they allowed to practise in Chepauk stadium? The answer is no.
As per the rules from BCCI on stadiums, the stadiums are not allowed for any type of practise. The main stadiums should be maintained superfresh. All the practise sessions should be carried out somewhere other than the main stadiums. Chepauk being a main stadium, hence the CSK team is not allowed to practise in the stadium until the official notice is issued by the BCCI.
